I hope regular visitors are not too surprised that I have changed theme. I do like the previous theme a lot but due to the paid Post that I do here, I am not allowed to truncate the post on the main page. Coincidentally, the previous theme does just that. I had no idea it was a default feature until I got an e-mail from PayPerPost this morning requesting that I “untruncate” the post I did for them.
As I am not really good at modifying the codes, I opted to change to this present theme instead. I do like this theme but my only grouse is it comes with 2 columns. I prefer 3 column themes as I can insert more thing on my sidebar. However, since there are no adsense here, I think I can still live with 2 columns.
So to all who writes for PayPerPost, do make sure your theme does not truncate your post on your Home Page. I know lots of theme have that feature written in and in an SEO point of view, it’s a good practise and it increases your page impressions, but if you plan to make some money with PPP you have to play by their rules. Maybe you an just use the “read more” feature if you really can’t avoid otherwise.
