See...the thing is, I actually waterproofed my bathroom floor and the farker upstairs told me to pay for his. bloody farker. Luckily my mgmt co was good and they managed to get him to waterproof. but then the farker didn't pay for my DAMAGED ceiling. so damn tulan!
