Yes, socializing helps you get to know more people. Wherever you may be, whatever you may be or whoever you may be, you have to socialize. No one can be successful if they don’t socialize and get to know more of what is happening outside of their office or their house.
Join Some Associations
The best way, and one I am sure everyone have heard but not everyone did is to go and join some Associations. In school there are various Associations, in work there are also many Associations. All these are are very good places to make new friends. Clubs is any place. If you are not up to it, even the roadside stall is a god place to start. Anywhere where there are people congregating is a good place to make friends.
Remember to Smile
Making friends is the easiest thing on earth, however many people find it very difficult to break the ice. When you meet a stranger, do you look away? Then the stranger will be forever a stranger. Next time when you see a stranger that looks friendly enough, why don’t you just smile, offer your hand and introduce yourself. It is that simple to make a new friend.

When you make a new friend, you don’t only befriend one guy. You will befriend all your friend’s friend and all their friends. So you see how making one friend can be so important.

Business depends a lot on networking. The wider your circle of friends, the bigger will be your network. One fine day, one of your friends might make you real rich.
